What type of topper should I buy?

Please keep the following in mind when choosing a thickness for your topper: A 5cm topper will make a noticeable difference but, depending on how much you want to change the feel of your mattress, may still leave something to be desired. The 7.5cm topper will change the feel of your mattress the most, and if that’s the change that you’re looking for then this would be the best bet. The best way to summarize it would be to say that a 5cm topper will make the mattress feel moderately softer and the 7.5cm topper will make the mattress feel much softer. Both the thickness and the density make a difference when choosing a topper. Ultimately, how you make your decision will depend on the following: how firm your mattress is now; how much softer you want your mattress to be; your height, body weight, and sleeping preference

Do we make custom size toppers?

Yes definitely! We can cut the latex to any dimensions you’d like, also we would be able to make a custom cover for it. We normally don’t charge for the custom dimensions, and the price would be the same as whatever the next biggest sized topper is compared to the topper you need. Custom sizes are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Can I wash the cover?

The covers have 2 layers. The inner cover is all-around and non-removable. The outer cover has a three-sided zipper, and the zipper length is equal to half of the circumference. It can be removed and washed. It can be washed by hand or in a washing machine.

How long does the topper need to breathe before use?

The topper is ready to use right out of the package. Latex doesn’t “off-gas” and is a very resilient material, so there’s no “off-gassing” period and the mattress will spring back to its original size and shape once the mattress is unpacked.

What is the refund policy?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Exchange
