1.What is the shipping cost?

2.How long does it take to get my order?
The delivery time for your order depends on the specific kit you choose. We make sure it's dispatched from the most suitable location to optimize delivery speed. Order status will be processed within 2 working days (customized products will take approximately 5 working days). Here are the shipping options:
- Fast Air Shipping: Your kit will typically arrive within 7-14 days.
- Free Ocean Freight: Your kit will typically arrive within 20-35 days.
Some products are subject to weight restrictions and can only be shipped by ocean freight. Please pay attention to the shipping options when placing an order.Rest assured, our commitment is to get your kits to you swiftly and efficiently!
3.Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after payment. To do so, email us with the subject "CANCEL ORDER" and your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched or provided with tracking numbers, we'll cancel it. Please note that once production has started, cancellation won't be possible.
4.What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
